Die Idee 

Ein Kumpel von mir ist großer GeoCaching-Fan. Beim Geocaching gibt es die Möglichkeit, Dinge auf die Reise zu schicken, die dann von einem Versteck zum nächsten Wandern, indem sie von Geocachern mitgenommen und wieder versteckt werden. Diese "Gegenstände auf Reisen" nennt man "trackables". Eine Art der Trackables sind die so geannten Travel-Bugs. Diese bestehen aus einem Gegenstand und einem Tag. Der Tag ist eine Metallplakette mit einer eindeutigen, eingestanzten Nummer über welche der Bug verfolgt werden kann. Wer ihn im Verstek findet registriert die Position im Internet auf der Geocaching-Seite. 

Die Idee ist also, sechs Maiksmännels auf Reise zu schicken...

A friend of mine is a Geocacher. Geocaching has the possibility to send an item on a journey. This item then moves around from one Geoching hiding place to the next. A geocacher who finds the item in one hiding place takes it with him and hides it in another hiding place. The items that travel are called trackables. One kind of trackables are so called TravelBugs. They are a combination of the items that travels and a tag. The tag is a metel plate with a unique code on it. This unique number gives the possibility to track the item because each geacacher who finds and moves it registers the position on the geocaching web page.
